Beautique Sevenoaks is a traditional beauty salon that offers some of the latest treatments to help clients look and feel amazing. We strive to create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere where people can take some personal time to relax and unwind from their busy daily lives.
The salon continues to offer client focused hospitality and therapies that so many people enjoy.

Treatment Times
All treatments times include time for consultations, changing and re-booking. If you are late for your appointment your treatment time will be adjusted.
Deposits and Cancellations
A 20% deposit will be required on all bookings, over the phone, online or walk-ins.

If you need to cancel your appointment(s), please call the salon or go online to do so.
​
Cancellations must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the arrival date to be considered.

If your appointment is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice and you have paid a booking deposit, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to any new appointment that you make.

If your appointment is cancelled with 24-48 hours notice, a charge of 50% of the total appointment value will be applied.

Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice shall be charged the full price of the booking.

Non-arrival without notice: a charge of the total value of the booking will be applied.

If booking a number of appointments and then deciding on the day not to have them (without giving the required 24 hours notice), a charge of 100% will be applied to your bill for the treatments not had.

If you cancel at late notice on two occasions, we will require any further appointments to be paid in full at time of booking.
​
If an appointment is not rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of treatment a 100% charge will apply.
Refreshments
Please enjoy Tea, Coffee, Fruit/Herbal teas and Juices courtesy of Beautique.
Children
We are able to perform some treatments on those under 16, but they will require adult supervision during the whole of the treatment.

We understand the difficulties with child care, but we would rather small children did not accompany you during long treatments.
Refund Policy
Please be aware that we do not offer any refunds at Beautique, including any packages and courses. Should you be unhappy with a treatment you have received at Beautique, kindly note that you have 24 hours to come back into the salon for us to rectify the situation. Packages and courses of treatments are non-refundable, but may be transferrable or redeemable for credit for use against other treatments. This is at the discretion of Beautique.
Gift Vouchers
Treat a friend or loved one to an indulgent experience. We have gift vouchers available for 3 and 12 month periods. These can be bought in the salon or via our online booking application.
Valuables
Please keep all your jewellery in your bag. Beautique cannot be held responsible for the loss of valuables of any kind brought into the salon.
Mobiles Phones
Please ensure all mobiles and electronic devices are on silent as a courtesy to other clients having relaxing treatments.
Online Bookings
Please note, all bookings can be made online.
If your treatment requires a patch test (LVL / Tints / Eyelash Extensions), please contact the salon on 01732 456151 to book this in 48 hours prior to your treatment.

The treatments and services received at Beautique are intended for general purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment for any condition, medical or otherwise.
Clients will fully indemnify and hold harmless Beautique, its holding company, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, staff and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees (on an indemnity basis), arising out of or in connection with the treatments and services.
